General Responsibilities Clerical, secretarial and administration work for the office. 2 - Duties 2.1 - Type bulletins, manuals and other documents using technical terminology. 2.2 - Screen telephone calls, personnel visitors and incoming mail, answer general inquiries concerning the office procedure. 2.3 - Coordinate the clerical work of the office. 2.4 - Maintain General Manager’s calendar including make appointments, schedule conferences, accumulate required documents for meetings and conferences and assure that DPS General Manager is reminded of scheduled meeting and conferences in a timely manner. 2.5 - Gather narrative and statistical data, forms, as wide variety of sources for budgets, narratives, manuals and monthly annual or special reports. 2.6 - Prepare memos and letters according to the directions of the Human Resources Section Head and preserve confidentiality to all documents and data handled. 2.7 - Keep a stock of stationary for the use of the office and keep records for it. 2.8 - Prepare any vouchers advised from the Human Resources Section Head. 2.9 - Prepare the time sheets for the office and receive other rig’s time sheets and record the different leaves. 2.10 - Prepare requisitions every two months for the materials and stationary for the office. 2.11 - Prepare memos with the vacations and national days. 2.12 - Carry out any other similar tasks that may be entrusted to him by the Human Resources Section Head.

Gender : Female. * Experience : 1 year. * Provided Salary : 5000 - 6000 SAR . * Working hours : 8 am to 5 pm. * Working days : Sunday - Thursday .
